Beef and Bean Burritos 🌯
Warm flour tortillas wrapped around seasoned beef, creamy beans, and melty cheddar, a handheld dinner everyone can hold onto.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can pinto beans
- 4 tortillas
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

Brown the beef with the onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up, about 6 minutes, and drain excess fat.
