Beef Nachos Supreme 🧀
A sheet pan piled high with crispy chips, seasoned beef, melted cheddar, and all the cool, crunchy toppings.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can pinto beans
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 scallions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high, breaking it up, until no pink remains, about 7 minutes.

Drain the fat, then stir in the chili powder, cumin, drained pinto beans, and a splash of water and simmer 3 minutes.

Spread the tortilla chips on a large sheet pan, spoon the beef and bean mixture over the top, and cover with the cheddar.

Bake at 400°F just until the cheese melts, about 6 minutes.

Dice the tomatoes, slice the jalapeño and scallions, and scatter over the nachos with dollops of sour cream. Serve immediately.
