Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
