  • 1 lb sausage
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
