Spicy Beef Noodle Bowl 🌶️
Sliced beef and quick-cooking noodles in a fiery chile-garlic broth, heat and depth in a single bowl.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb flank steak
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 red chili peppers
- 4 cups beef stock
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- scallions and cilantro for garnish

Slice flank steak very thinly against the grain. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.

Bring beef stock to a boil in a pot with minced garlic, sliced chili, soy sauce, fish sauce, and chili flakes.

Add sliced beef and simmer for 2 minutes until just cooked through.

Stir in lime juice. Divide cooked noodles among bowls and ladle broth and beef over top.
