Beef Bulgogi Quesadilla 🧀
Tender bulgogi beef folded into cheese and tortillas, fusion done right, crispy and melty with Korean sweetness.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tortillas
- 1.5 cups mozzarella
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 scallion

Slice beef sirloin into thin strips. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and minced garlic.

Heat a skillet over high heat. Cook beef until browned, 3 minutes. Add marinade and cook 2 minutes more.

Thinly slice bell pepper and onion. Cook in a separate pan until softened, about 3 minutes.

Lay a tortilla flat. Top half with cheese, beef, vegetables, and more cheese. Fold in half.

Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Cook quesadilla 3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
