Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp ground ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 scallions
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Whisk together soy sauce, honey, ground ginger, minced garlic, and rice vinegar.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
