Ingredients (serves 4)

- 12 oz penne
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 0.5 cup parmesan
- 1 tsp dried oregano
