- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt

Preheat oven to 425°F. Slice cauliflower head into 1-inch thick steaks.

Arrange steaks on a baking sheet, brush with 2 tablespoons olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
