  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups rice
