- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 1 cup panko
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Heat the oven to 400°F. Butterfly each chicken breast and pound to an even quarter-inch thickness between plastic wrap.

Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Layer 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss on each, then roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
