Chicken in Mustard Cream 🍗
Tender chicken breasts in a tangy Dijon cream sauce, ready in under 30 minutes and sophisticated enough for guests.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp thyme
- salt
- black pepper

Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Dice onion and sauté in the same skillet for 3 minutes until soft.
