Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb shrimp
- 8 oz penne
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 0.75 cup grated parmesan
- 2 scallions

Boil the penne in salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain.

Mix the paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, oregano, and 1 tsp salt. Pat the shrimp dry and toss with the spice mix.
