Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 chicken breast
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 cup chicken stock
- salt and black pepper

Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally and season with 1 tablespoon paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook the cutlets 4 minutes per side until golden. Move to a plate.
