Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
