Garlic Butter Parmesan Pasta 🧄

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 6 tbsp butter
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt

Boil spaghetti in well-salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes, reserving 1 1/2 cups pasta water before draining.

Meanwhile warm butter and olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-low with thinly sliced garlic until pale gold, about 3 minutes.

Add red pepper flakes and a splash of pasta water and swirl to make a loose sauce.
