  • 12 oz penne
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
