Ingredients (serves 4)

- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
