Homemade Cinnamon Rolls 🥐

Ingredients (serves 6)

- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon Yeast
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Warm 1 cup milk to 110°F. Mix 3 cups flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

Dissolve 1 tablespoon yeast in warm milk and pour into flour mixture. Add 2 tablespoons melted butter and stir until shaggy dough forms.
