Homemade Crispy Fish Sticks 🐟
Golden, flaky fish sticks breaded at home taste way better than frozen, with a crunchy exterior and tender white fish inside that kids actually ask for.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs Cod
- 1 cup Panko
- 2 Eggs
- 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Pat cod dry and cut into finger-sized pieces, about 3 inches long and 1 inch wide.
