Miso Glazed Cod with Daikon 🐟

- 4 Cod fillets
- 2 Turnip
- 3 tablespoons Miso Paste
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 2 Scallion

Peel and slice turnip (daikon substitute) into thin rounds. Steam for 8 minutes until tender.

Mix miso paste, mirin, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ginger in a small bowl.
