  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2.5 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
