Orange Chicken 🍊

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized chunks and toss with cornstarch and salt.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Working in batches, cook chicken until golden on all sides, about 8 minutes total. Remove and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together orange zest, orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
