Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

    Slice steak thinly against the grain.

    Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook beef until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
