Broccoli Beef 🥦
Tender beef and crisp broccoli florets in a silky sauce-the absolute classic that's quick, nourishing, and timelessly delicious.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.25 lb steak
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch

Slice steak thinly against the grain.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook beef until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.

Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3 minutes until just tender-crisp.
