Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.25 lb steak
- 2 bell peppers
- 1/3 cup black bean sauce
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 scallions

Slice steak thinly against the grain and dice bell peppers.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook beef until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
