Beef with Mixed Vegetables 🥦
Tender beef strips stir-fried with broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers in a savory soy sauce, simple and deeply satisfying.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Slice beef sirloin against the grain into thin strips. Julienne carrot and slice bell pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Cook beef in batches for 3-4 minutes per batch. Set aside.

Add remaining oil. Stir-fry broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper for 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
