Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 pork chops
- 2 apples
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp thyme
- salt and black pepper

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear pork chops 4 minutes per side until golden. Remove to a plate.

Add remaining 2 tbsp butter and diced onion to skillet. Cook 3 minutes.

Dice apples and add to skillet. Cook 2 minutes.
