- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 lemon

Season pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Heat 1.5 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear pork on all sides for 2 to 3 minutes each, until golden brown.

Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 10 to 12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Remove pork and let rest for 5 minutes. In the same skillet, heat remaining oil and cook minced garlic for 30 seconds.
