  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cup rabbit or chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
