Shredded Beef Tacos 🌮

Ingredients (serves 6)
- 2 lbs stew beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 cup beef stock
- 12 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lime

Season the beef generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over high heat and brown the beef in batches, about 6 minutes total.

Slice the onion and smash the garlic, add to the pot, and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
