Soy Garlic Chicken Wings 🍗

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2.5 lb chicken wings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 scallions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat wings dry and toss with salt and black pepper.

Arrange wings on a lined baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
