Spicy Beef Taco Bowl 🌮
Seasoned ground beef with gochujang kick, served over rice with all the toppings, Korean-Mexican fusion that actually works.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 cup corn

Cook jasmine rice according to package directions.

Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 6 minutes.
