  • 4 cups spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 6 oz mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
