Steak and Egg Breakfast Plate 🥩

- 2 Steak
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Garlic
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Black Pepper

Let steaks sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Pat dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking.

Sear steaks 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Add crushed garlic and rosemary to pan, baste steaks with butter for 1 minute.

Remove steaks to a plate and let rest 3 minutes.

Add remaining butter to same skillet, crack 4 eggs into pan, cook until whites are set but yolks run, about 4 minutes.
