  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound potatoes, diced small
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
