  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
