  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper

    Pound veal cutlets between plastic wrap until thin. Mix flour with salt and pepper, then coat cutlets lightly.
