  • 3 Dried Guajillo Chile
  • 2 Dried Ancho Chile
  • 1/4 Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • Corn Tortilla
  • Cilantro and Onion

    Toast dried chiles in a dry skillet for 1 minute. Soak in hot water for 10 minutes, then blend with garlic, cumin, cloves, and vinegar.
