  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 2 cloves garlic
