Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
