Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can canned corn
  • 1 can canned tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

    Dice the onion and brown it with the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat, about 7 minutes, then drain the fat.
