  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 potatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper
