  • 2 cups Rice cooked
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt

    Char poblanos over flame for 8 minutes. Steam in a plastic bag for 5 minutes.
