  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 2 avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, place on a baking sheet, and bake until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 20 minutes.
