Creamy Ham and Pea Pasta 🍝
Pasta tossed with sweet peas and salty ham in a parmesan cream sauce, the 25-minute dinner that rescues leftover ham.

- 12 oz pasta
- 1.5 cups diced ham
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.75 cup grated parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter

Boil the pasta in well-salted water until al dente, adding the frozen peas for the last 2 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
