  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper
