  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups rice
  • 8 oz mushroom
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • thyme

  • black pepper

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    Place chicken thighs in a roasting pan, season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter and scatter minced garlic around them.

    Roast for 28-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and skin is golden.

    Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until soft, about 3 minutes.
