Marinara Pasta with Hearty Vegetables 🍝
Tender pasta coated in rich, slow-simmered tomato marinara loaded with mushrooms, zucchini, and spinach.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 pound pasta
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and black pepper

Bring salted water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Dice onion and mushrooms. Dice zucchini into small cubes. Mince garlic.
