Pan-Seared Steak with Roasted Brussels Sprouts 🥩

- 4 sirloin steaks
- 1.5 lb Brussels sprouts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt

Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim Brussels sprouts and toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.

Roast Brussels sprouts for 25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crispy.

Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
