  • 1.25 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

    Slice the pork into thin strips and toss with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and the cornstarch. Trim the green beans.

    Stir the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and 3 tablespoons of water into a sauce.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat and stir-fry the pork until browned, about 3 minutes. Move to a plate.

    Add the remaining oil and the green beans and stir-fry until blistered and crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.

    Add the minced garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then return the pork with the sauce and toss until glossy, about 1 minute.
